Meet Me
Hi, thanks for being here. I am Ruchira Agrawal, a tech marketing professional, an executive coach and an executive resume strategist. When I am not providing marketing consulting services to businesses, I help mid-senior level executives in technology and (including FAANG) non-technical sectors accelerate their career growth. From writing high-quality resumes that tell compelling career stories to building web portfolios that showcase skills and strengths, I work one-on-one with clients to not only perfect their job search assets but also position themselves well during interviews and beyond.
Having worked in sales, marketing and technical recruiting internationally for over 20 years, I have not only been the industry "insider" but also know how to craft winning marketing documents and sell products and services in a way that resonates well with the target audience. I now extend that to human capital and help professionals build their distinct executive brand using career marketing assets that highlight their skills, strengths, experience and unique value they bring to the organization and gain employer buy-ins.
My clients, who are talented high-achievers in their industry/field, appreciate my direct yet kind communication style as well as highly personalized experience they recieve. Outside of work, you'll find me - reading, hiking, cooking, meditating. I am also a cancer survivor.
